At Shires Equestrian, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please ensure all horse clothing is free of hair and debris to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account portal or visit our returns center to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the equestrian gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
